Location Details: Remote - United States

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position so youll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska Mississippi North Dakota or the Virgin Islands.

At GoDaddy we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking lead to join our Assurance Risk & Compliance (ARC) Team as the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics! Reporting directly to the Director of Assurance Risk & Compliance. This role will be instrumental in transforming how our teamand our businessuses technology automation and data to manage risk and scale compliance.

What youll get to do...

• Lead the implementation of the ARC Teams automation analytics and AI initiatives finding opportunities to modernize compliance and risk processes across SOX IA and ERM
• Advance and expand the use of Jira as a SOX program management tool while developing related modules to support ERM and IA workstreams and processes
• Lead the automation of SOX control testing targeting 510 pilot controls in year one and setting the foundation for scalable repeatable testing solutions
• Develop intuitive dashboards and analytics tools to deliver real-time insights increase transparency and drive customer engagement
• Mentor and empower a high-performing team assisting them in transitioning from traditional analytics to scalable compliance enablement
• Partner with business and IT control owners to identify and implement automation and efficiency opportunities enabling stronger controls and operational time savings

Your experience should include...

• 6 years of progressive experience in internal audit and SOX compliance roles with a primary focus on analytics/automation
• Shown proficiency in defining strategy establishing direction managing team capacity and implementing promptly in a fast-paced work setting
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira Power BI and AI platforms with the agility to adopt new technologies quickly
• Extensive knowledge of internal control frameworks risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements (e.g. COSO SOX SEC and PCAOB)
• Experience managing multiple projects adapting to changing priorities making decisions efficiently and driving solutions while keeping leadership informed

You might also have...

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in accounting finance computer information systems or related field
• CPA CIA CISA or other relevant certifications
