Position Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our Pakistan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data interpretation reporting and business insight generation to support product sales and operations teams. This role requires a strong command of analytical tools business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing
Gather clean and organize large datasets from multiple sources (product finance sales and marketing).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent validation processes.
Reporting & Analytics
Build interactive dashboards and performance reports for key business units.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify operational bottlenecks user behavior patterns and business opportunities.
Provide management with regular KPI updates and data-driven insights.
Business Strategy Support
Collaborate with business and product teams to support strategy formulation through quantitative insights.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on campaign performance financial metrics and customer retention trends.
Tool & System Management
Utilize tools such as SQL Power BI Tableau Python or Excel for analysis and reporting.
Support data automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or Business Analytics.
35 years of professional experience in data analytics BI reporting or business performance analysis.
Strong proficiency in SQL Excel Power BI/Tableau and data visualization techniques.
Knowledge of Python/R for statistical analysis is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and storytelling skills through data.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across functions.
