We are pleased to announce an exciting secondment opportunity for a Policy Operations Technical Advisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced Business Insurance team.
The purpose of the role is to build workforce capability through high-quality facilitation of core onboarding and upskilling programs to support our Operations teams to create value for Suncorp NZ customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently provide professional facilitation services that support the transfer of learning and capability build.
Deploy a range of facilitation styles and instructional techniques (as required) to create the right engaging learning experiences to meet business need and situation.
Ensure achievement of learning outcomes and knowledge transfer for all programs using appropriate techniques and applications to evaluate the effectiveness of learning delivered.
Conduct post facilitation activities in collaboration with the business to ensure learning is embedded.
Analyse learning needs to detail learning objectives evaluation and assessment strategies plan of proposed look feel and content development of learning solutions.
Maintain current and accurate material of subject and business matters as well as facilitation skills and program content.
Onboarding of new team members.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in facilitating learning (face to face and/or virtual)
Relevant operational/administration experience within the Insurance industry
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Proficient in being able to work with multiple competing deliverables changing requirements and timelines and ambiguity
Proficient in understanding learning styles and approaches to engage learners in the learning experience
Intermediate skill in using Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint
Proficient in analysis skills to identify learning needs to provide effective solutions
Knowledge of Suncorp NZ products and processes
