Change Management Lead

The Opportunity

As a key member of our Global Technology function youll shape how our people and teams across our global sites understand embrace and adopt technology change. This is an opportunity to set the strategy lead capability and enable transformation across a complex federated organisation.

This role will be based in either Melbourne (CBD) or Sydney (Mascot) and will commence in January 2026

The role

We are seeking a Change Management Lead who will design and deliver the enterprise-wide approach to technology change management ensuring that major programs land successfully and deliver sustainable adoption. Partnering closely with technology and business leaders to align change initiatives with strategic objectives and enable our people to thrive through transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global technology change strategy.
• Align change initiatives with organisational and enterprise technology objectives.
• Partner with senior technology leaders to integrate change planning into roadmaps and portfolio management.
• Provide impact and readiness insights to support enterprise decision-making
• Drive adoption and engagement across global programs.
• Mentor and develop a community of change and communication professionals.
• Build organisational change capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive reports for leadership providing insights on readiness adoption and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across business and regional technology teams.
• Influence complex stakeholder groups in a federated environment.
• Partner with corporate communications and transformation leads to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Design and lead high-impact workshops and strategy sessions.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making forums for critical initiatives.
• Coach leadership teams through transformation and capability development.
• Establish global governance for technology change.
• Lead risk and control activities ensuring compliance with standards.
• Partner with enterprise governance teams to embed effective processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

Were looking for a strategic globally minded leader with deep expertise in change management for technology-led transformation who thrives in complexity influences with credibility and brings a structured approach to embedding change at scale.

Youll bring:

• 8 years experience leading technology change across large complex or multinational organisations.
• A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise change strategies.
• Strength in stakeholder engagement communication and coaching senior leaders.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption and readiness.
• Tertiary qualifications in Technology Business or HR.
