Job Summary

In this role youll work closely with top-tier real estate fund clients leveraging your expertise in alternative investment fund accounting and complex fund structures. Youll oversee global fund accounting operations in collaboration with offshore teams ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. As the primary client-facing representative youll manage relationships lead service delivery and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

What youll do

  • Youll support client relationship leads by managing fund accounting and financial reporting for multiple Real Estate funds across diverse industry sectors
  • Youll oversee daily operations ensuring client expectations are met and deliverables are completed on time in line with Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Youll interpret partnership agreements to maintain compliance with financial reporting standards and allocation methodologies
  • Youll manage and review complex accounting tasks including journal entries investor allocations capital transactions and financial statements for accuracy and completeness
  • Youll lead communication across teams and service providers mentor junior staff and drive operational efficiency while tracking KPIs to ensure alignment with client and business goals

  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($95000-$140000). 

Qualifications :

  • You bring 5 years of progressive experience in alternative investment funds public accounting or a combination of both.
  • You apply strong analytical and technical skills in fund accounting with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably Investran.
  • You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and consistently deliver accurate high-volume work with attention to detail.
  • You provide exceptional client service through professional communication and effective collaboration with teams and external partners.
  • You manage multiple priorities solve complex problems and support team development by offering and receiving constructive feedback.
