Were looking for a Beverage Assistant with a passion for great drinks attentive service and learning in a world-class environment. This is a hands-on guest-facing role that bridges the bar and restaurant teams supporting both beverage service and the wider guest experience.
Your Role as Beverage Assistant:
- Supports the bar team in preparing presenting and serving drinks to the highest standard.
- Assists the restaurant team with beverage delivery wine service and general waiting duties.
- Ensures all bar and service areas are immaculate well-stocked and ready for service.
- Engages warmly with guests offering knowledgeable confident and friendly service.
- Works closely with sommeliers and senior front-of-house colleagues to learn about wines cocktails and premium beverages.
- Upholds the highest standards of presentation etiquette and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality or beverage service ideally within a fine dining or luxury setting.
- A genuine interest in wines spirits and cocktails with a desire to expand your knowledge.
- A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A professional polished appearance and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow within a Michelin-starred environment.
Additional Information :
Salary: from 28665 to 31005
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
