What youll be doing:
- Assessing and documenting Enhanced Annuity applications accurately
- Balancing customer needs with financial risk to deliver fair outcomes
- Applying in-depth product and process knowledge to support decisions
- Identifying and improving processes that delay customer outcomes
- Developing technical skills and underwriting expertise continuously
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Recording data accurately across workflow and IT systems
- Analysing and presenting insights to support underwriting strategy
