Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ALHs data and insights strategy for Gaming Wagering and Keno.
Lead customer analytics segmentation and behavioural modelling to uncover actionable insights.
Provide deep market and competitor analysis to support venue performance optimisation.
Partner with venue leaders to deliver insights that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Build and maintain best-in-class dashboards and reporting tools for executive and venue-level stakeholders.
Translate complex data into clear practical recommendations for commercial and operational leaders.
Oversee governance and compliance of customer data usage ensuring ethical and responsible practices.
Develop and mentor a high-performing insights and analytics team.
Foster a culture of innovation in data-driven decision-making across the business.
Qualifications :
Essential:
Degree in Data Science Analytics Statistics Marketing Business or related discipline.
10 years of experience in analytics insights or data leadership roles.
Advanced capability in BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik) and data platforms.
Strong SQL data modelling and data governance knowledge.
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications (MBA Masters in Analytics).
Experience in gaming wagering or hospitality industries.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in wagering and gaming.
Experience within multi-jurisdiction / multiple location environments.
