What Youll Do

Providing support to our clients in Brisbane you will assist people with disabilities by organising activities designed to help develop practical life skills and to identify their goals for daily living community participation learning and building relationships and of course having fun!

  • Assisting with personal care as required meal planning cooking light cleaning and facilitating community connections.

  • Supporting daily activities such as going for walks attending movies or accompanying appointments.

  • Helping maintain connections with family friends and services.

What We Look For

  • Experience and empathy in providing high-quality support and fostering independence for clients.

  • Physical capability for manual handling tasks.

  • Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.

  • Good computer skills and experience with Word Excel and Outlook.

  • Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).

Required Clearances

  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).

  • First Aid and CPR certification.

  • National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).

  • Open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance.
