OHFAs Office of Finance provides fiscal management budgeting & accounting for OHFA & its programs. The office manages mortgage revenue bonds administers & services the Agencys assets including its housing development loans. The office also coordinates the annual federal & financial audits of all Agency funds as well as prepares monthly financial reports & quarterly budget reports.
The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant (Bond Accountant 1) who will:
Process assigned finance help desk tickets (e.g. request needed information communicate status of ticket complete ticket)
