Role Overview: Build and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB).

Configure patterns MID Servers and orchestration.
Integrate monitoring tools and automate alerts.
Optimize CMDB data quality and reporting.

Requirements:

5 years ServiceNow ITOM experience.
Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM preferred.
