Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Role Overview: Develop configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Service Catalog CMDB).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement workflows business rules UI policies and script includes.
Integrate with third-party tools via REST/SOAP.
Support upgrades testing and user training.

Requirements:

5 years ServiceNow ITSM experience.
Certified Admin/Developer CIS-ITSM preferred.
JavaScript GlideScript SQL skills.
