You will join our Environment & Health department
As our new Air Quality Intern you will be part of the Air Quality and Climate Services group which is part of Rambolls Environment & Health Division. This group consists of like-minded individuals who are passionate about air quality and assisting Rambolls clients with their most challenging problems. The Air Quality and Climate Services group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics including but not limited to emissions estimation air dispersion modeling human health risk assessment climate change permitting and compliance.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Preparing emissions calculations
- Conducting air quality reviews of emissions reduction or control
- Assisting in preparing major and minor source permit applications and environmental impact reports
- Critically reviewing and interpreting local state and federal environmental regulations
Qualifications :
About You

- Working towards a B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Mechanical Civil or Environmental Engineering or science discipline (air quality course work is a plus) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Strong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong written/verbal communication problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to understand and interpret environmental regulations

Salary Transparency Statement
At Ramboll your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting this role is likely to be compensated at an hourly rate between $22 and $27 per hour. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range depending on numerous factors including experience geographical location internal equity market conditions education/training and skill level and does not include bonuses overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits.
