Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Significant contribution to expanding and optimising our product portfolio in the field of air/water heat pumps;
- Work closely with our national product management to clarify requirements for heat pumps and their integration into systems;
- You will be part of development projects representing the voice of the customer;
- Responsible for following the market development in your product segment and derive our own portfolio strategy;
- Contribute your technical system knowledge in the field of heat pumps in the early product development phase and accompany new products through the various project phases.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: completed Degree (Masters Diploma) in engineering business or a related field;
- Personality: proactive goal- and solution-oriented responsible and technically minded;
- Working style: analytical and structured approach high degree of independence pragmatic in finding solutions strong communication skills and ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible and target group-oriented manner;
- Experience and expertise: >5 years of practical experience in the HVAC industry in a similar role;
- Enthusiasm: enjoyment in developing pragmatic solutions for end customers installers and other stakeholders;
- Willingness to travel: approx. 10-20% including internationally;
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English other languages are an advantage
