Job Summary

Were seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer whos passionate about AI data-driven systems and intelligent behavior simulation with hands on experience. This is your chance to shape how digital agents learn reason and act in industrial environments.
This job opening is in the Ultimo team of IFS
- Develop and maintain software components that power our agentic AI framework
- Implement data ingestion transformation and validation logic to ensure our AI agents receive the right contextual signals to reason learn and act effectively.
- Create test harnesses mock environments and data-driven simulations to observe how AI agents respond under different workflows edge cases and operational scenarios.
- Connect structured and unstructured data from multiple systems and services into cohesive pipelines that feed our AI orchestration layer.
- Work closely with AI Experts and software Engineers to understand agent testing requirements and co-develop datasets that reflect real-world use cases and workflows.
- Create example datasets that reflect different user actions and tasks so we can test how well the AI agents handle and make decisions in real-world scenarios.
- To supply high-quality reliable data for training and testing AI agents and build and manage data pipelines by setting up infrastructure integrating diverse data sources and maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 4 years of experience in AI Software Engineering with exposure to Data Engineering
- Building Software Solutions related to AI and experience with building Agentic Capabilities
- Some experience with AI Agents and Agent orchestration. E.g: with platforms like; Microsoft Semantic Kernel AutoGen or CrewAI.
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Ability to write clean testable and scalable data code
- Passion for learning machine learning and statistics
- Team-oriented communicative and eager to work cross-functionally with software engineers analysts and AI experts
- Strong in SQL
- Experience in programming in C# will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with the Agile/Scrum method of working
- Experience with working in a multidisciplinary team
