Job Summary
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems that enable smart decision-making across the organization.
- Analyze business performance to spot trends identify opportunities and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Actively seek ways to improve data quality reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to colleagues stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- At least 2 years experience in a business analyst data analyst or similar analytical role.
- An enthusiasm for tackling problems and transforming data into meaningful stories.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau Looker Studio or similar).
- Bonus points for basic knowledge of Python or Javascript.
- Curiosity adaptability and a proactive attitude.
