Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services(IFS) Real Estate/Workplace (WEX/RE) and Site Sustainability (SS). The aim is to provide seamless safe inspirational and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.

The purpose of this position is to ensure strategic business partnering to deliver OneFREM business support to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area.

The Senior FREM Business Partner is responsible for managing EMEA regional & South Europe area business partnering & coordination. Key result areas include business stakeholder satisfaction EMEA regional IFS budget control & reporting Regional collaborator partnering operational reporting to production Business leadership EMEA regional issue & escalation resolution project budget scoping & execution operational excellence & cost optimization standardization compliance & quality innovation sustainability & service experience

The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with our strategic facility service partners towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.

This position will ideally be based primarily in Modena Italy or within reasonable commuting distance of these locations. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions who is based in Sweden but operates globally. You will be accountable for the 5 Business partners areas including own geography from a financial perspective reporting to the IFS Director. You will manage operational reporting to EMEA Key Stakeholders covering all 5 areas including own geography.

You will be travelling up to a maximum of 10-15 % of the time across the geographical area of responsibility and occasional Global travel

What you will do

• Strategic One FREM business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders continuously ensuring value adding solutions.
• Strengthen the integration of external strategic partners towards business stakeholders supporting the OneFREM strategy and IFS service outcomes.
• Ensure alignment across the 3 functions in FREM (WEX/RE Site sustainability & IFS) towards Key Tetra Pak stakeholders ensuring holistic cross functional reporting. Be first point of contact for stakeholders
• Secure & mature the collaborative contract model manage and develop strategic relations ensuring key outcomes and accountability.
• Responsible for IFS related projects delivered by external partners within geographical scope. Interfacing with internal stakeholders in the initial scoping and project delivery phases and continuously aligning with FREM global IFS Project portfolio manager
• Ensure best in class service excellence deliveries drive quality and continuous improvement of FREM service outcomes. Drive improved value and costs efficiency of FREM services through demand sourcing and service management in cooperation with external partners.
• Manage and deliver on all IFS related cost within EMEA Region and South Europe area in line with forecasting & budget
• Drive sustainable cost saving initiatives innovative quality improvements and simplification strategies with external collaborators

We believe you have

• You have 10 - 15 years - broad and extensive Facility Management experience across a group of company support functions or multiple countries/businesses globally
• You are a strong & strategic relationship builder both internally and externally and master strategic communication in a complex organizational structure
• You have proven leadership/Business Partner experience preferably within the Facility management area with executive stakeholder communication experience
• You have change management experience with focus on Facility Management implementing and managing FM service excellence (as transformational change is a merit)
• You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and proven financial/commercial understanding in a Facility Management context including OPEX/CAPEX portfolio structure
• You have a relevant university education preferably in Engineering Architecture Construction or equivalent business related field
• You are agile flexible and professional in business approach and you show a dynamic productive and capable behaviour in the overall performance

To be successful in this role you need to need to have a solution-oriented approach excel in stakeholder management external FM partnering and communication all in a collaborative and professional manner in accordance with Tetra Pak policy strategy and the targets within the Facility Real Estate /Workplace and Sustainability.

You would need to be a change agent that can operate in a complex matrix environment as well as to be a structured and pragmatic person.

Service orientation and communication is paramount for this position so you are a customer centric person with a strong drive for results.

Excellent command of English is a must both written and verbal.
