Job Summary
Essential Job functions:
- Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through sales phonecalls appropriate social media promotional flier distribution and cold calling.
- Confirm appointments to introduce the company and the companys services topotential clients and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Supports existing clients acting as intermediary for communication betweenclient and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network; available forescalation when necessary.
- Provides tracking information as requested by the client.
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure promptresolution.
- Manage all client requests and follow up to insure that the client needs are met.
- Facilitate the completion of RFQs.
- Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members.
- Analyzes client profit or loss and provides proposals for yield improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other skills and abilities:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Mastery of Microsoft Word
- Other software skills as needed such as Visio Access Outlook etc.
Physical requirements:
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjustfocus
