Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with platform and squad leads to align delivery with business goals and company strategy.
- Drive the productivity and efficiency of squads by tracking key metrics (e.g. throughput cycle time agile maturity QBR progress) and taking action to improve results.
- Identify address and remove impediments that slow down delivery or block team progress.
- Coach and mentor squad leads and teams to strengthen autonomy collaboration and ownership.
- Simplify agile ways of working and ensure consistency across distributed squads and countries.
- Facilitate planning delivery and continuous improvement cycles using data to support decisions.
- Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders to ensure visibility transparency and focus at platform level.
- Strengthen customer centricity through feedback loops demos and discovery sessions.
- Share success stories and contribute to the agile learning culture across METRO.
Qualifications :
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- Proven experience applying agile principles in complex multi-team environments.
- Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across functions.
- Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to drive complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of metrics and how to use them to drive data-informed decisions.
- Good understanding of the product development life cycle and how agile principles support it.
- Systemic and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication collaboration and storytelling skills.
- Very good English skills (written and verbal).
