Job Overview:
As a Reservations Agent you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries processing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest enquiries for hotel room bookings efficiently and professionally.
Process individual and group reservations accurately following hotel policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for reservations.
Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during peak times as required.
Adhere to company standards and procedures for correspondence and service delivery.
Additional Information :
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
