Deputy Scheduler Job Description:

The Deputy Schedulers main responsibilities will be to assist the Governors Scheduler with organizing and executing events and meetings for the Governor. This will include those in the office at the Residence and across Montana. This position will focus on enabling the scheduling team to maximize the Governors time to interface with the people of Montana. The Deputy Scheduler will also assist the Chief of Staff with scheduling and day-to-day operations.

This position would be a great fit for a highly motivated professional with a positive attitude looking to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Email
  • Detail oriented and well organized with tasks at hand
  • Good time management
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks as needed
  • Strong communication skills including professional email and phone etiquette
  • Drivers license required
