Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join aglobal team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a suite of 10 business-critical applicationsbuilt in Java Python and C#serving clients applications are hosted on LinuxIIS or Kubernetes environments with MS SQL databases and Angular-based user interfaces and rely onmultiple message brokersfor integration.

The main focus of this role is to automate processes enhance systemreliability and ensure scalability all while maintainingclose alignment with evolving business requirements.

You will play a key part in development debugging codeoptimization and performance improvements collaborating withinternational teams to deliver sustainable and high-quality software solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain backend featuresin Javaensuring performance and security best practices.

Deliver assigned JIRA development tasksensuring timely completion and quality compliance.

Participate actively in code reviews team meetings and release managementprocesses.

Investigate and debug complex issuesproviding long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

Analyze existing systems and propose architecture and performanceoptimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business processes anddata flows.

Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities ensuringcompliance with security and coding standards.

Contribute to automation initiativesaimed at improving development workflows and system sustainability.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

CoreJava expertise (Collections Multithreading Streams).

Experience with JMS (Java Message Service)and message-driven architectures.

Strong proficiency in SQL and databaseinteraction.

Good command of Linux / Bash forscripting and system-level operations.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines buildtools (Maven Gradle) and versioncontrol (Git).

Proficiency with debugging profiling and performanceoptimization tools.

Strong background in algorithms and problem-solving.

Niceto Have:

Working knowledge of Python and/or C#.

Exposure to Angular (UI integration)and message brokers(Kafka RabbitMQ etc.).

Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or containerized deployments.

Language Skills

English:Advanced / Mastery (mandatory).
