What Youll Do
- Strategic Business Development Identify engage and cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers positioning InterWorks as a trusted partner in data transformation.
- Consultative Selling Diagnose client challenges and shape tailored data and analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Enterprise Relationship Management Build multi-threaded long-term relationships with stakeholders from operational leaders to C-level executives.
- Market Expansion Leverage networks events and targeted outreach to expand InterWorks presence in DACH and broader European markets.
- Collaboration & Delivery Alignment Partner with consultants solution architects and leadership to design proposals and ensure smooth handoff into delivery.
- Sales Excellence Maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce provide accurate forecasting and contribute to refining our sales strategy.
What Youll Need
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German (native) and English (C1).
- Strong business and technical acumenthe ability to bridge business challenges with technical solutions in a way that resonates across audiences.
- Confidence engaging at C-level facilitating complex discussions and influencing decision-making in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and guide clients toward scalable future-ready solutions.
