Job Summary
Exciting things are happening at Auswide Bank! As we continue to grow and evolve were looking for a friendly proactive and community-minded individual to join our Gympie branch as a Customer Banking Specialist.
Following the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank were proud to be part of a united financial services group MyState Bank Auswide Bank SelfCo and TPT Wealth dedicated to delivering exceptional banking experiences and helping Australians achieve more.
As a Customer Banking Specialist youll be at the forefront working hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Youll have confidence in the Banks products and will initiate conversations to understand customers requirements ensuring we fulfill their needs.
Were looking for great communicators who are curious eager to learn and love working with people. If youve worked in retail hospitality or a customer-facing role youll already have some of the core skills and well provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge and confidence in banking.

What youll bring to the Table

- Current banking and/or lending experience is highly advantageous.
