JourneyTeam is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technical solutioning and strategic sales. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage new customers articulate business impact and deliver tailored demos that go beyond out-of-the-box functionality. Youll be a key driver of revenue growth leveraging Microsoft CE CRM Contact Center and Copilot AI solutions to solve real-world business challenges.
As a CX Sales Engineer youll lead sales initiatives collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders and operate as a co-pilot with your Sales Executive to guide customers through the buying journey with empathy insight and innovation. You wont be executing deliverybut youll architect the vision that gets clients excited to move forward.

The base salary range for this role is $150000 $165000 with additional commission opportunities. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $250000 $300000 depending on performance.
This is the established pay range for this role on the Sales team at JourneyTeam. Actual compensation is dependent on the skills demonstrated relevant experience and alignment with the roles general new employees can expect to start at the lower end of the range (with opportunity to grow and expand within the organization).
