• Lead F45 group training small group & 1:1 personal training session with another trainer.
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely using the correct form at all times and offering modifications as needed.
• Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45.
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals.
• With support from another Trainer conduct in-person goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
• Focus retention training with support from your sales Manager.
• Help your Trainers setup the studio for specific functional training classes.
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
• Participate in weekly trainer development F45 Athletics meetings.
• Attend monthly Team meeting.
• Upskill members form & progression.
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Conduct studio tours with your sales manager and/or trainers.
• Help with front desk needs when necessary training will take place prior to any requests.

• Zero experience is required but must have one of the following;
  1. fitness background
  2. played sports
  3. exercise science degree
  4. personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and afternoons
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members

• Basic knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
• Experience and understanding the importance of customer service
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
