We are looking for a passionate Digital Solutions Expert (m/f/d) Automation & Analytics (Celonis / Process Intelligence) to drive innovation and operational excellence through automation analytics and process this role you will turn insights into impact by designing and implementing solutions and leading projects that accelerate our digital journey and deliver measurable business value. This job is full-time (38h/week) hybrid (40% remote work) and unlimited with location Berlin.

Your Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Develop scalable solutions in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Process Automation and AI-driven tools (e.g. Copilot Studio) in collaboration with SMEs Process Owners and Functional Automation Leads.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable designs and actionable insights.

Process Intelligence & Celonis Expertise:

• Lead Celonis Process Mining initiatives: analysis dashboards operationalization of use cases and value realization.
• Integrate Celonis with ERP/finance systems (e.g. SAP ECC / S/4HANA) and drive adoption within and beyond our Global Business Operations center.

Governance & Collaboration:

• Manage analytics and automation environments across design development testing and production.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a knowledgeable counterpart to external partners and mentor colleagues to build digital competencies.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Informatics IT Computer Science Economics or similar.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Intelligent Process Automation or Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with process intelligence tools (Celonis preferred) including PQL dashboards and operationalizing use cases; plus proven ability to integrate these solutions with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage).
• Ability to design and implement use cases and translate insights into business actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Studio SAP Analytics Cloud/Datasphere.
• Agile project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages welcome.
