About the Role
We are hiring multilingual Solutions Consultants to join an international customer experience team in Sofia Bulgaria.
In this role you will handle customer inquiries non-technical troubleshooting and account assistance for a well-known global digital platform.
Youll have the chance to work in a multicultural environment develop your communication skills and grow within an international organization.

Main Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support via email chat and phone.
- Handle general product questions account management and issue resolution.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional empathetic and proactive attitude in every conversation.
Candidate Profile

Fluent in one of the above languages English (B2 or higher).
- Minimum 6 months of customer support or service-related experience preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced international setting.
