The Role: Supporting Seamless Travel
As a German Customer Service Specialist you are the vital link that ensures our clients and travelers experience choice speed and outstanding support when using our platform. You will be responsible for:
- Front-Line Communication: Engaging with German-speaking clients via phone email and chat to resolve questions related to our all-in-one platform.
- Expert Guidance: Helping users configure and utilize the travel management tools from booking modifications to complex itinerary support.
- Quick Resolution: Troubleshooting issues efficiently and maintaining detailed records in our internal systems.
- Delivering Excellence: Upholding our commitment to providing fast friendly and comprehensive customer care.
Essential Requirements for Application
You must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Flawless near-native German (C2 level) is essential along with strong conversational and written English (B2 level).
- Work Location: The position is on-site at our modern office in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Eligibility to Work: You must hold a valid EU/EEA/Swiss Citizenship a Refugee Card or a Residency Card (valid for more than one year). Please note: We cannot accept Work Permits or Blue Cards.
- All necessary professional equipment will be provided by the company.
