Youll ensure their business and leisure trips are managed with speed choice and excellent support handling everything from booking inquiries to platform troubleshooting via phone email and chat.

Your Role: The Travel Support Expert

As a core member of our support team you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our German-speaking user base delivering world-class service.
• Become a product expert helping users confidently navigate and customize our powerful digital travel management platform.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve traveler inquiries and system issues embodying our commitment to swift and effective support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement.

Essentials to Apply

• Exceptional German Fluency (C2 Level): Your language skills must be flawless for both written and verbal communication.
• Strong English Skills (B2 Level): Required for internal team communication and training.
• On-Site in Sofia: This is an in-office position in our Sofia Bulgaria location.
• Valid Documentation: To comply with local regulations you must possess an EU/EEA/Swiss Citizenship a Refugee Card or a valid Residency Card (1 year validity).
• Previous experience in customer service is welcome but not requiredwe train motivated candidates!
  

Work Schedule & What We Offer

Your Schedule

• Youll work full-time (40 hours per week) in rotational shifts covering the hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (8 hours per day).
• The work week runs Monday through Sunday with two rotational days off.
