About the Role

As a Content Moderator you will ensure that all online content aligns with cultural political and community standards. You will monitor review and evaluate user-generated content to protect audiences and uphold quality supporting the brands commitment to safe and relevant online experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate content across partner platforms in German and English.
Identify and flag content that violates company or local guidelines.
Apply sound judgment and awareness of cultural and political sensitivities.
Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure consistent quality and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of moderated content and actions taken.

Candidate Requirements

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Awareness of cultural and political contexts and sensitivities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Local candidates only will be considered.

Hybrid work model available combining office and remote days.
