About the role
As the RTO Compliance Manager you will drive quality and regulatory excellence across our Registered Training Organisation. Reporting to the Training Strategy & Governance Manager youll ensure our RTO consistently meets VET standards delivers high quality outcomes and has strong commercial relationships with industry and training partners.

Youll manage the RTO assurance framework oversee internal audits and uplift compliance capability across team. This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.

About You
You are a strategic leader with extensive RTO experience. You thrive in complex environments balancing regulatory requirements with business needs and are passionate about driving continuous improvement in training and assessment practices. Your strengths include exceptional stakeholder management clear and influential communication and a collaborative approach.



About your skills

  • Expertise in ASQA and VET Quality Framework standards
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building abilities
  • Highly effective communicator able to influence outcomes at all levels
  • Skilled in analysing compliance data and preparing reports and recommendations
  • Strong policy and procedure development capability

Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree level qualifications in Vocational Education and Training or Business Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.

Desired experience

  • Extensive experience managing RTO operations preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record supporting business growth and capability uplift
  • Leading audit activities and managing risk in training operations
  • Experience representing organisations in VET industry forums and committees
  • Background in developing training material and packages applying reforms and strategies in a learning and development environment
