About the role

  • Lead strategic initiatives for growth and sustainability drive planning and strategy projects that shape the future of St Vincents ensuring alignment with system-wide priorities and emerging care models.

  • Translate data into actionable insights synthesise qualitative and quantitative information to inform decision-making service planning and risk assessments.

  • Monitor trends and provide strategic advice track developments in the health sector and wider industry delivering high-level advice to clinical and executive leadership to guide innovation and long-term growth.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders collaborate with clinical operational and leadership teams to support strategy and planning activities ensuring optimal planning outcomes.

  • Deliver robust project management and outputs implement project management methodologies produce high-quality plans feasibility studies and post-project reviews and contribute to the Portfolio Business Plan.

About you

  • Proven planning analysis and project management expertise able to deliver complex initiatives with clarity and precision.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills confident leading diverse teams producing high-quality reports and delivering compelling presentations.

  • Highly organised and results-driven able to prioritise work for yourself and others including contractors and consultants and maintain productivity under pressure.

  • Flexible self-motivated and collaborative thrives in a team environment adapts to changing priorities and demonstrates a positive professional approach.

  • Desired understanding of State and Federal policy environments capable of translating risks and opportunities from the policy environmentinto actionable local strategies.

In this role you will be based at St Vincents hospital Darlinghurst.
