An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate to join its nationally recognized and uniquely positioned Life Sciences team in Boston. This practice partners with some of the most innovative biotechnology pharmaceutical medical device digital health diagnostic and discovery tool companies shaping the future of healthcare and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure draft and negotiate complex technology and intellectual property licensing agreements for life sciences clients.
Advise on a broad range of commercial transactions including R&D collaborations strategic alliances and distribution arrangements.
Partner with clients on intellectual property data and regulatory matters impacting deal execution.
Collaborate across practice groups including corporate regulatory and IP teams to support high-value transactions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic and operational considerations unique to the life sciences industry.
Qualifications:
Significant experience handling technology licensing or commercial transactionsparticularly in the life sciences sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated deal work with minimal supervision.
Excellent drafting analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong academic credentials and a collaborative mindset.
Massachusetts Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in).
