What You Will Be Doing
Your primary function is to serve as the expert point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients including medical staff and patients. You will provide essential customer service and technical support to ensure the safe and correct use of our equipment.
This involves:
- Handling Inquiries: Professionally managing all incoming requests issues and questions related to the medical devices via phone email and chat.
- Providing Solutions: Guiding users through technical troubleshooting giving step-by-step instructions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Detailed Reporting: Maintaining accurate compliant and thorough digital records of all customer interactions and technical resolutions.
Experience is a Bonus Not a Barrier: We value your language skills and dedication more than past experience. Prior experience is not mandatorywe provide comprehensive paid training. You will be set up for success with all necessary company equipment provided on day one.
The Requirements
To qualify for this exciting position you must meet the following core criteria:
- Italian Language: You must demonstrate native or near-native fluency (C2 level) in both speaking and writing.
- English Language: A professional working level of English (B2 minimum) is required for internal training team communication and documentation.
- Location: You must be prepared to live and work on-site in Porto Portugal.
- Schedule Flexibility: You must be willing to accept a 24/7 rotational work schedule.
A Note on the Rota
Because we support a continuous healthcare operation full flexibility is key:
- Shift Pattern: Your working days will be scheduled rotationally across the entire week Monday through Sunday.
- Time Off: You are guaranteed two rotational rest days each week.
- Overnight Work: You must be aware that covering the Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) will be an occasional mandatory part of your rotational duties.
