The Core Mission
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary contact for our clients including nurses doctors and end-users across the Italian market. This role is about more than just answering callsits about providing empathetic and expert technical assistance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Solving Technical Issues: Diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving inquiries related to the function and usage of advanced medical devices via multiple channels (phone email chat).
- Documentation: Meticulously recording every customer interaction technical detail and resolution in our database to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care.
- Customer Advocacy: Handling sensitive situations with professionalism patience and a high degree of empathy.
Prior Experience: Relevant experience in customer service or a call center environment is a definite plus but it is not a requirement. Full paid training will be provided to ensure you have all the expertise needed. All required work equipment will be supplied by the company.

We require candidates to meet the following non-negotiable standards for this position:
- Italian Language: You must be fluent (native or near-native) in both written and spoken Italian.
- English Language: You need a functional working level of English (B2 minimum) for internal team communication and training.
- Commitment to Porto: You must be willing to live and work on-site at our office in Porto Portugal.
- Schedule Flexibility: You must be able to commit to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Understanding Your Work Hours
The healthcare project requires continuous support necessitating full flexibility:
- Rotational Shifts: Your shifts will be scheduled rotationally across all days Monday through Sunday.
- Days Off: You will have two rotational days off each week.
- Night Shift: Covering the Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00) will be an occasional mandatory requirement as part of the total 24/7 rotation cycle. You must be comfortable with this.
