Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site) or Remote (Within Portugal)
Are you fluent in French and passionate about customer service Join our team to provide outstanding support for a leading global Home Appliance brand! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers. This role is available on-site in our vibrant Lisbon office or remotely for candidates already based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts (via phone email and chat) from French-speaking markets regarding a variety of home appliance products.
- Provide accurate product information diagnose issues and offer effective solutions and technical troubleshooting for product usage and functionality.
- Process after-sales requests manage complaints and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to established service quality standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and details within the companys CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in French (C2) both written and spoken.
- English Proficiency: A good working knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication training and documentation.
- Location: Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
- Remote Candidates: Must be currently residing and working within Portugal.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Schedule: Rotational Shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Lisbon time) Monday to Saturday.
- Days Off: Sunday plus one additional rotative weekday off.
