Job Summary

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities and essential functions include but are not limited to:

Set up and deliver room service food and beverage orders
Remove remaining food and beverage orders and amenities from guest rooms and hallways
Ensure all mise en place is stocked and ready at all times
Review daily reports arrivals VIPs and groups in house
Provide crisp efficient food and beverage service with excellent interpersonal skills
Keep work area clean and organized
Assist with requisitioning and stocking of items
Provide engaging service within Fairmont and Hotel Standards
Cash handling
Speaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the city
Tailor service to the guests needs
Assist with Refreshment Center stocking and billing
Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Minimum of one (1) year experience in Food and Beverage is required preferably in a luxury environment
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest service orientation
Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
Weekend/night shift availability
