About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Dutch-speaking Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a leading multinational company in Lisbon.
In this role you will manage financial transactions ensure accurate order processing and provide top-quality support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: order management invoicing and payment collection.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments.

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.

Communicate with clients in Dutch and English to resolve billing or account issues.

Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and process accuracy.
Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (C1).

Experience in Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable Billing or Finance roles (preferred).

Good understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Team player with an eye for detail and accuracy.
