Your Day-to-Day

Assist French-speaking customers via phone chat and email.

Troubleshoot and resolve product-related questions or issues.

Guide users through product setup features and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
What You Bring

Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2)

Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (07:0019:00 rotational shifts)

Positive energy and willingness to grow in an international team.
