About the Role
As a Customer Support Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers.
Youll provide exceptional support via phone email and chat ensuring every client receives professional and friendly assistance.
Your Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
Assist customers with product and service information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
