Position: Automotive Parts Advisor

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Provide accurate and timely price quotes for parts and accessories
- Order and track parts and accessories to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Keep up-to-date with new products and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the service department to ensure the correct parts are ordered for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in computer systems and programs
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus
- Valid drivers license
