Job Description & Summary

Experienced Manager to co-lead the development and coordination of a consulting team focused on Finance S&O incl. GBS in Egypt. The ideal candidate will manage local resources drive sales & demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and has consulting experience & strong expertise in Finance (ideally add. functions). Fluency in German & English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-lead the setup coordination and leadership of a high-performing consulting team for GBS and TOM initiatives in Egypt ensuring eff. role allocation governance and methodologies
Manage mentor and develop on-site resources to ensure high-quality project delivery andcontinuous professional growth of the team
Contribute to sales generation by leveraging industry knowledge professional networks andengaging in proposal development client meetings and deal closures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Procurement HR IT) to deliver integratedGBS solutions focusing on end-to-end process optimization
Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the ETIC GBS teamfocusing on scalability market trends and long-term growth
Build and maintain strong proactive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders toensure long-term engagement satisfaction and risk management

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate anddevelop others
Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving abilities and forward-thinking decision-making
Proven sales acumen relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to generateand close business deals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in German and English
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging businessopportunities coupled with change management capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment manage diverse teams anddemonstrate cultural sensitivity
Strong project mgmt. expertise with a focus on delivering results and managing transitions

Key qualifications:

Masters degree (MBA) inBusiness ManagementFinance or a related field
Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
57 years of professional experienceeither in industry or management consulting
Strong functional background in Finance with additional knowledge across other functions being a plus
Additional experience working in a GBS environment is a plus
Experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models
Demonstrated success in managing teams and contributing to business growth
Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs
