Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum one year of workers compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation experience is a plus.

Skills & Expertise: Strong research analytical and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
