Community Day Site Manager
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience working with people with disabilities or in a nursing home or health care facility
- Experience overseeing activity services and programming beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Responsibilities:
- Develop provide and coordinate daily activities for adults including daily living skills leisure recreational educational and prevocational activities
- Possess knowledge of varying disabilities and their impact on functional and learning capabilities
- Ability to work independently and creativelyproblem solve as needs arise for individuals and staff that you support
- Possesses ability to break tasks down toachievablecomponents
- Ability to perform case management duties
- Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals
- Evaluate the performance of adults with disabilities to make recommendations concerning goals andobjectives
- Monitor individuals assigned and address needs behaviors and personal care requirements
- This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
- Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR)
