An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized litigation department in downtown Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with industry-leading clients across technology pharma biopharma and life sciences while gaining hands-on experience in both civil litigation and white-collar investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation regulatory investigations and white-collar defense matters.
Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and briefs in federal and state courts.
Participate in internal investigations compliance reviews and government inquiries.
Collaborate with partners and cross-office teams on strategic case planning and execution.
Interact directly with clients ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications:

26 years of experience in civil litigation and/or white-collar investigations.
Candidates currently completing a top-tier federal or state clerkship are encouraged to apply.
Strong academic credentials and prior AmLaw or top law firm experience required.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Active member of the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
