DescriptionLabour Supplier Management
Responsible to administer and manage all labour contractors in order to meet the following needs.
Execution of manpower forcast plan/budget of the company keeping a leaverage for absenteism and turn over.
Monthly complience audits in order to ensure that all the contractors adhere to the satutory obligations as per the labour law of the country.
Maintain a healthy supplier base with the support from the procurement function to ensure an undesrupted supply of manpower to all sites.
Support in providing a proper orientation to the new outsourced employees through manpower supervisors.
Monitor the grivences handling module and the monthly salary payments are conducted by outsourced management units deligently.
Introduce and implement a system through the manpower services to measure the performance productivity efficiency of outsourced workers and plan out a continuos improvemet matrix to all sites based on their work role.
Subsequent to evaluating the skill gaps provided by the manpower spervisors to arrange leaning sessions to fill the gaps.
Conduct qualrtely manpower supplier management sessions to communicate issues and areas of improvements of the operational module
HR Administration
Responsible to issue the company uniforms and personal protection equipments to all LWL and outsourced staff
Recovering of uniforms and PPE at the exit level
- Responsible to manage and overlook all staff accommodationfacilities lockers and locker rooms etc in order to ensure those facilities are properly used and required housekeeping levels are being maintained.
Responsible to manage and supply the stationary to all departments while liaising with the Advantis stationary department and the outside suppliers.
Responsible to administer the company mobile phone connections and units as per the requirements from various SBUs liaising with the ADV IS division.
Responsible to supply refreshments for all company sponsored events and meetings.
- Accountable to manage the time and Attendance system while ensuring all the staff and outsourced workers are registered and the system is effectively used to gather information on attendance & overtime of staff.
Supplier Handling (Canteen Building Maintenance Service Pest Control Waste Disposal General purchasing and Maintenance)
Conduct a viability study on all the direct suppliers with the support of the procurement department as per the guidelines given below.
By checking whether the supplier capability to the company requirements prior to the agreement signing off
By agreeing on a service instructions charter
By carrying out audits to evaluate their quality of service on periodical basis (CAPA to infomred)
Maintain service standards of all suppliers or in the event of failure to do so replace them with new suppliers.
