Shift Options:
- Days: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (M-F with weekend rotations)
Responsibilities:
- Directs and supervises Unit Managers Supervisors and Charge Nurses RN/LPN
- Trains supports and assists as needed
- Communicates effectively with Director of Nursing
- Performs other required duties
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 5 years long-term care experience preferred
- 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
Supervisory responsibility:
- Nurses certified nursing assistants shadow aides.
