Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney Dallas TX (Hybrid)
A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with 57 years of experience to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions for institutional investors developers and lenders across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions including lending leasing acquisitions dispositions and development matters.
Advise on zoning land use and regulatory issues impacting property development and financing.
Draft review and negotiate purchase agreements leases financing documents and joint venture agreements.
Collaborate with partners and clients to structure and close complex real estate deals.
Manage multiple active matters under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and precision.
Qualifications:
57 years of experience in commercial real estate law ideally including lending leasing or development work.
Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development strongly preferred.
Excellent drafting organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Admission to the Texas Bar (required).
