Job Summary
Job Description: IT Support Specialist at IHOP
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT systems and applications used within the organization
- Respond to help desk requests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and system integrity by implementing appropriate security measures
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of IT systems network administration and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in IT support roles preferably in a corporate environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $60000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $75000 per year
